OUR STORY

Moonlight, brocade,
and the art of gathering.

The moon is shared across generations. Brocade carries pattern, patience, and craft. Together they became the name Moon Brocade Atelier—a studio created to bring an Eastern sense of symbolism and material beauty into the distinctly social world of American Mahjong.

We believe the objects used most often can also be the objects treasured most deeply. Our aim is to create pieces that feel at home in a weekly game, a beautifully set table, or a family collection passed forward.
